The roasted pork fried rice in Sing Leonghuat is generally decent. I did not like the roasted pork as it did not taste very fresh. The crust of the roasted pork was not very crispy, in fact it was a little chewy. The roasted pork was well salted though. The fried rice was not too bad but it does not have the wok hei that I would expect. The fried rice comes with mixed vegetables, scrambled eggs and it goes well with the saltiness of the pork.This dish costs Rm7.80 with the added fried egg.
