Today company's training here in Grand Dorsett Subang! We have our lunch over here. One of the dish served was Shark Fin. It has a great looking over the picture with a bit sour like Si Chuan flavour. Special kind of cooking unlike the usual shark fin we had. Some colleagues commented that they are good and delicious but some commented the usual one would be nice! Oh well, neutral, it still can be improved!! 繼續閱讀

Di Wei is one of our favorite Chinese Restaurant. The dim sum there is always fresh and delicious. There service is top notch! Location is good in Empire Subang. What I love most is that, there is Valet parking. They also have rooms for special occasion. My hubby love their Char Siew Pau and my mum love the stuffed brinjal. So far, we have not tasted one bad dish or dim sum. 繼續閱讀

A surprisingly chic Chinese restaurant, with its own catwalk for some strange reason. If you're looking for a calm venue, free from the hustle and bustle of most Chinese eateries, then Di Wei definitely fits the bill (for now). A spicy, Szechuan-influenced tofu starter that somehow tasted freshly prepared. The menu sticks to tried-&-tested recipes, including chilled pork trotters with scallop fringes. Superbly tender meat, with a strong boost of flavor from the savory scallops. Roasted pork belly (siu yoke). OK, but unremarkable; not as succulent as expected. Roast duckling, to wrap up our pre-dinner snack. Juicy but bony. Addictive, nevertheless. Bitter Pu'Er tea. A multitude of wines is available, but alas, none is sold by the glass. 繼續閱讀

Di Wei Chinese Cuisine, the striking vintage decoration, contemporary and very tasteful, in line with the hotel's sleek and chic concept. The restaurant is also very spacious. Tables are placed quite far apart from one another in the main dining area, which is not commonly seen in a Chinese restaurant. Tables are placed quite far apart from one another in the main dining area, which is not commonly seen in a Chinese restaurant.
