Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap Restaurant is located in Jalan Puteri 4/8, Bandar Puteri. Finding this place itself is an adventure as the road is so new, and you can’t find it on Google Maps then (November 2013)I ordered a bowl of Ngiu Chap with Mee Hoon Soup (RM12.90). I must say the beef is fresh and springy and very well-marinated. Beef broth is good, very aromatic and well flavoured. Tips: dip beef pieces into their homemade chilli sauce for extra kick. Somehow, the strong chilli sauce goes very well with Ngiu Chap. The price here is slightly more expensive probably because many of the ingredients have to be flown from Sabah especially the chilli sauce itself. To be honest Puchong's Kah Hiong's beef noodles are slightly off the mark than their main branch in Sabah. But still good. Will definitely come again for the Sup Tulang. I heard it's good. This original Kah Hiong Ngiu Chap is located in Luyang district, Kota Kinabalu.
