Dou fu fa jelly. After finished all the dishes in the wedding dinner, it was the time to have a dessert to end the luxurious dinner in Hee Lai Ton restaurant. The dessert served was dou fu fa jelly, which made by the fresh soya juice and added some long gan flesh inside. The texture was so moisture and soft. The taste was perfect for me and the long gan also sweet enough and juicy.

淡水鱼就吃惯了，咸水鱼如石斑，鲳鱼也吃多了，龙趸倒第一次尝试。清蒸是最能体现鱼的鲜味的煮法。刚刚好的火候，配合味道恰好的酱油，就能尝试到龙趸那鲜甜的鱼肉了。最令人赞叹的是那龙趸皮，丰富的胶质，爽口有嚼劲，非常好吃。
