This is the roasted duck rice.Very nice i would say.This is their signature.The roasted duck skin is so crispy and fragrant.The duck meat is so tender and juicy.It's not dry at all.The duck slices look so tempting.They really good in roasting it.The rice is also very fragrant and soft.Their sauce is also very tasty and match with the roasted duck.They do served roasted chicken too.If you not really like roasted duck,you can try out their roasted chicken rice.
Here comes the teoh chew porridge. The porridge is clean. We choose the braised bean curd and braised pork intestine. The braised bean curd is nice. It's so soft and smooth, the braised sauce is so tasty but not too salty. It's go perfect with the porridge.
This is my favourite,braised pork intestine. You must try this. The pork intestine is cook for a long time until it's become so soft. almost melt when you eat it. The sauce is so tasty.
