What will you normally order when you went to a steamboat restaurant, steamboat ingredient for the steamboat? I would recommend you to give this a try, lam yu fried chicken wings.This was recommended by one of my friend when we visit this restaurant, i complained that it is not a match to have fried chicken wing and steamboat at the same time. he insisted that i need to give this a try. I tried this lam yu fried chicken wing, the skin were crispy, meat were tender and juicy - served hot, just nice. The most important thing is it is not too salty. Normally if you put too much lam yu to marinate the chicken it would be too salty this is just fine.If i were to rate this i would give 8/10
