I bring my own catch red snapper steam charcoal style. We 4 person dine in and reach at 6pm sharp so we order few dishes like Thai tofu, nestum prawn, tong po meat and pandan chicken. every dish taste good except the pandan chicken.

the famous dishes here is charcoal fish. The fish are served in fish shape pot and under the pot there are charcoal still burning in order to make the fish hot. It looks like those fish that are served in thai restaurant. But need to be careful to avoid the fish being burned too long time. Other than that, we also got ordered sotong, lemon chicken and also fried toufu. The fried toufu is very nice. It will be a bit crispy when bite it. I go there for dinner with my family quite often, but please don't go there on peak hour, around 6.30-8.00 pm because it might be very busy and have to queue up to an hour. I usually go there around 9pm. The signature dish of the restaurant is the Siam Style Steam Fish. I can see almost every table also order that dish.
