One of the quite non oily food at here. This vegetable is cooked with anchovies and comes with soup. The vegetables are already soft. So don't expect any crunchy sound when you bite it. The soup has a strong anchovies taste. After the sweet rinse through your mouth then you can taste the saltiness. It is not that salty but just nice enough to taste the whole food to eat.
