tropical chicken pizza

After the much disappointing experience i had during my last visit, it took my colleagues a lot of effort to convince me to visit this outlet again. and so i did visit them again, this time round we ordered a large tropical chicken pizza with cheesy lava crust. i think my favourite part of the pizza is the cheesy lava crust. i love the cheese oozing out of the crust. the toppings were pretty good too. i like the combination of ham and pineapples. as a whole i thought it was ok.

SO UPSETTING

Pizza hut is running this new promotion now, only each day of the week, there are three food that are going half price, so my family decided to head down and try it out. We ordered our usual pizza and two of the 50% Oven Baked Cookie Sundae. I specifically told the girl that took our order to serve the desserts later. However before our pizza even came, the manager brought out the two Oven Baked Cookie Sundae. I told him i told his staff to serve it later. Apparently there was no communications

Apparently there was no communications among the staff there as the manager was not aware. so he kindly brought it back.

After our meal, i asked for the desserts to be served. To my HORROR, this came out.

 The ice cream was melted, the cookie looked soggy, visually i dun think it looks appealing. My daughter exclaimed "Oh my gosh!" as she looked at the horrid state. the female manager not only did not offer to change it, she happily told us that it would taste sweet. I dunno if she was acting blur and refuse to change it or she was just plaint ignorant. Totally disappointed with the staff here.

Lack of communication and result in us customer having to suffer. SO UPSETTING.

I drove to pizza hut to takeway their pizza. i also bought other sides to go long with the pizza. i like their garlic bread. the bread is crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. the garlic flavour is very strong, it was not too oily. i like their drumlets, it is very juicy. i like the way they marinated it. the pizzas were very delicious especially the pepperoni pizza. really enjoy it!
