I know it seems a bit weird that I go to a Japanese restaurant and order Tom yum ramen. But their ramen soup is not solely Tom yum. It is a combination of Tom yum and miso. I have drank Tom yum soup alone and miso soup alone but never the two of them combine. It was indeed a marriage of flavours. I really thought the soup was really good. The ramen was cooked perfectly, I really enjoyed the food I had here!

Miso soup. The miso soup came in a traditional bowl and I had made myself a habit to drink miso soup from bowl, not using the soup spoon. The miso soup had a little bit of spring onions, beancurd pieces and seaweed. I had to balanced up to soup to get a flavour soup. It was slightly salty and it tasted better if drink hot. The seaweed add further saltiness to it. The beancurd was smooth.
