i went to taiwan recipe for lunch with the colleagues. I ordered their signature crispy taiwanese sausage set. i thought the taiwanese sausage would be like those common ones but it somehow tasted different. somehow deep frying it made it taste so much nicer and tastier. despite being deep fried, it was not dry up but very juicy and tasty. i think it was really delicious and i really enjoyed it.
