Service was extremely awful ! It wasn't peak hour at that point of time I visited that place but the workers there were extremely slow in servicing.They were all busy sitting at a corner, chit-chatting, playing, laughing. totally oblivious to the environment. Not knowing that theres customers.Even when taking orders, the waitor was impolite and impatient with us. The soup was salty.The rice was hard. It is not suitable for elderlies or young kids.The food there was extremely expensive too.And by the way, why is there two branches of claypot chicken rice with the same logos yet different shop names ? Same logo yet totally different service and quality of food.Theres another second branch in Johor Jaya.No,33 Jalan Dedap 8 , Johor Jaya 81100 Johor Bahru and theres a main branch at Kulai. Havent tried on the mainbranch one though.But the food sold at Johor Jaya is delicious and the service is awesome.Would rather diners to go to the Johor Jaya restaurant and stop patronising the one at Bukit Indah. I would definitely not go back again. It was a nasty experience.
