Besides char siew pao, i think i like this siew pow second most. The siew pao here inside quite similar to the char siew pao normally we eat at dim sum shop. But here the skin is slightly different from the char siew pao, because char siew pow skin is soft and this is thick and hard. I quite like the inner part because the meat taste very sweet. Normally i can eat 3 - 4 at once.

The bak kut teh here is so different from others. The soup is highly concentrated and very thick. Very strong herbal taste. You can really request for soup refill even though they said they have limited soup. The servings are all small but quite nice. And they use claypot. Quite traditional way. I like to see all the pork soak inside the soup and i dip all the crullers.
