roasted porkThis is the roasted pork aka char siew in cantonese.Char siew is the best fried of wantan mee but this time they going to live without their best friend.The roasted pork is roasted to a perfect tender.It's so tender and juicy.But some of the roasted pork is full with fat.It's too bad.The roasted pork is quite tasty and the portion is very huge.So many roasted pork there in the white plate.Look so nice. continue reading
