While waiting for a friend to meet me, I ordered a glass of orange juice, specifically ordered to be less ice and less sugar. The order was made to my specification. In fact, I thought they do really serve orange juice without sugar. RM10.9 for this before tax. continue reading

Seafood Arabitta Turns out pretty decent for a pasta, but to be completely honest if I compared it with Porta Romano, it’d fall short because the Garden’s one was almost bland. From what I know the Arabitta is actually supposed to be spicy, but it slipped my mind to let the waiter know how spicy I wanted it to be. And he didn’t bother asking me, so my pasta tasted nothing spicy. Also, the cheese sprinkles were awfully dry and powdery which somewhat ruined the pasta for me.All-in-all, the Seafood Arabitta was still a decent pasta but I would say it isn’t the best one from Garden. The serving size is decent but it wasn’t loaded with clams, like in Romano.Squid Ink Pasta I didn't try this but my friend said it was good. This type of pasta is unique and healthy too. Shall try this the next time I'm there. continue reading

Always try to order a salad when eating out for the daily veggie requirement. Ceasar salad always come up as the top choice. The ceasar salad was full of veggies. I like the iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes in it. They also add in some raisins so the salad won't be bland. The raisins were sweet and eat together with the veggies, it was really nice. The bread crumbs were crispy and toasted. The salad dressing was very light. I told the waiter to skipped the parmesan cheese usually sprinkled on top of the salad. Overall, a fresh salad to start off. continue reading

Imagine the serenity of dining with the sound of chirping birds and surrounded by greenery of pots and petals. Garden at The Curve let you experience a romantic picnic in the heart of a busy mall. You might easily mistaken this with Fullhouse because of the similar dining concept, but Garden is more sophisticated in the sense that ambience took more attention than its food!If you like home decorating you’ll definitely enjoyed the items on display, or you can even take it home for a price… Crispy Oven Roasted BBQ Glazed Wings (RM13.90), tasted more like fried wings than glazed. Sadly, the Spaghetti Marinara (RM18.90) doesn’t match up with what we’re paying for. Iced Honey Lemon (RM5.90), beautifully decorated. continue reading
