Garden Lifestyle Store & Café (Closed)

While waiting for a friend to meet me, I ordered a glass of orange juice, specifically ordered to be less ice and less sugar. The order was made to my specification. In fact, I thought they do really serve orange juice without sugar. RM10.9 for this before tax.

Went to The curve shopping and decided to go to the garden for dinner.The place is always crowded but luckily we managed to found seat.We ordered seafood Arrabiata pasta.The services was not prompt but not slow also. The pasta taste was good, inside there is some prawns.Quite simple dish but taste quite good ast eh pasta was cooked nicely and the sauce is tasty.

Went to the garden that located in The curve and situated at the corner. The restaurant design with white and green color, very pure and nice.We ordered 1 plate of kuey teow and this Juicy beef seared ribeyes.Kuey teow taste very authentic and the beef seared ribeyes taste very tender and juicy.Like the presentation of these dishes also.Nice please to enjoy dinner.

Seafood Arabitta Turns out pretty decent for a pasta, but to be completely honest if I compared it with Porta Romano, it’d fall short because the Garden’s one was almost bland. From what I know the Arabitta is actually supposed to be spicy, but it slipped my mind to let the waiter know how spicy I wanted it to be. And he didn’t bother asking me, so my pasta tasted nothing spicy. Also, the cheese sprinkles were awfully dry and powdery which somewhat ruined the pasta for me.All-in-all, the Seafood

Always try to order a salad when eating out for the daily veggie requirement. Ceasar salad always come up as the top choice. The ceasar salad was full of veggies. I like the iceberg lettuce and cherry tomatoes in it. They also add in some raisins so the salad won't be bland. The raisins were sweet and eat together with the veggies, it was really nice. The setting is garden-style cafe, very spacious and relaxing.Wild Mushroom Soup (RM9.90). The soup came in a big bowl and big portion. Despite that, there was no mushroom in it, maybe all were blended together, but it was bland.Fried Mee Siam (RM11.90). The mee siam came with prawns, an egg and some chicken slices. The mee siam has more tomato taste rather than spicy.

Shish Kebab (RM19.90). It came in 2 sticks of kebab, a bowl of rice and some vegetables. The marinated lamb and its sauce was quite flavourful. I didnt expect that actually.Tuna Baguette (RM13.90). The tuna was spread across a long baguette, served with fries and salad. This tuna baguette was big portion and the bread was overloaded with tuna. Taste-wise, I would think my home-made tuna is nicer.

Club SandwichClub sandwich serves with side salads and a bowl of french fries. There are 3 layer of the sandwich with egg, tomato, salad, cucumber, ham, cheese etc. Nice combination and it taste pretty good. Salad sauce is great too. My 2nd time to Garden Lifestyle Store and Cafe at the Curve. My first time was when they just newly open. Everything is so nice and fresh and new. This time i went again, i feel so discomfort. The Garden Lifestyle Store and Cafe Boutique have a nice beautiful interior and this restaurant is decorated like a garden. There are many plants and the mood is going to somewhere in the Europe country.. But looks like I am dreaming. Seafood Tomyam Soup- It is served with hot and spicy tomyam.
