Signature Dishes
Golden egg is not only famous with their signature pumpkin pan mee, but also fried pan mee such as Hokkien and Kam Heong style. Today I am going to review the latter.When the dish came to the table, the aroma of Kam Heong is detected immediately. It is very fragrant from the curry leaves, smells a little pungent that you know it is going to be quite spicy.Indeed, this is easily one of the best Kam Heong ever- savoury with a hint of sweetness, spicy and very aromatic. What a genius combination with pan mee The noodles are fried till well seperated. The QQ texture still remains and I enjoyed this dish very much.

Wang Jin pan mee has a simple interior, but staff are attentive enough for my preference.The simple but air conditioned interior(important ok! can eat in comfort)This is their golden pumpkin pan mee, traditional style. While I can't say there was much difference between normal pan mee and this "pumpkin" pan mee (RM0.50 Extra), the pan mee was average tasting, with your normal vege, ikan bilis and the likes. The soup was not too saltish, and the ingredients was ok, but nothing to shout about.
