When the dish came to the table, the aroma of Kam Heong is detected immediately. It is very fragrant from the curry leaves, smells a little pungent that you know it is going to be quite spicy.

The noodles are fried till well seperated. The QQ texture still remains and I enjoyed this dish very much.
