Since my favourite Yee Mee in Sunway is closed down for renovation, I have been out and about trying new places for Yee Mee. Today, I decided to try Joshijosh's Yee Mee which cost RM 6.They took a while to prepare the Yee Mee as it was during lunch hour. Anyway, the Yee Mee here tasted a little different because I'm used to eating Yee Mee with pork slices or pork meatballs. They took a while to prepare the Yee Mee as it was during lunch hour. Anyway, the Yee Mee here tasted a little different because I'm used to eating Yee Mee with pork slices or pork meatballs. Since Joshijosh is located in a university, it is logical for them to only serve halal food.

So, this is actually my first time eating Yee Mee with fishballs and some chicken slices. The combination was a little weird to me, but I can bear with it.

Overall, it was an Okay meal.

According to Ask.com Kung Pao chicken has a strong, spicy, sweet, garlicky and nutty flavor. However, this is not the case with Joshi Josh's Monday Special (Jan-Feb Edition). Besides that, I also ordered the everyday special-Butter Milk Chicken with fried rice. Similarly, the set comes with a cup of free drink. This tasted great although its appearance may not be appetizing.

In short, I'd prefer the Butter Milk Chicken with fried rice set.

It only cost RM 8.90 for Joshi Josh Kantin's daily set deals to cater for students and staffs of Sunway Education Group. On Wednesday, the set includes Northen Indian Briyani, fried spiced chicken, vegetable with spicy sauce, papadam and free drink.

The was as good as authentic nasi briyani, as I can taste all the different spices and herbs that are used to cook it.

However, the curry given is not spicy. They were very generous with the portion of curry given. So, if you wanna have nasi briyani banjir, it is totally possible!

Downside is the portion of the papadam and the chicken. There was only 3 small pieces of papadam, not like the usual big pieces one that can be found in mamak stall. The fried spiced chicken is quite small but I think it is relatively reasonable for the price; as for the taste wise I still prefer the ones in Village Park, Damansara uptown.

The free drink given for a bit too sweet for my taste bud. Therefore, I would suggest to request for additional cup of ice.

Overall, it was good deal and I would definitely order this again in the future!
