这个Pan-fried pork belly with onions猪肉真的煎到非常的软啊而且还很嫩呢。然后那个姜汁的味道因为有洋葱的关系变到甜甜咸咸的味道。吃起来好像在吃着韩国菜的感觉因为味道都是偏向比较甜。

其实我不明白为什么每次吃到这种培根还有德国香肠的组合结局永远都是很咸很咸。香肠的质感并没有很弹牙。培根的味道很香。我觉得如果他们分开吃的话味道是很好的，一起吃的话就太咸了。
