I still remembered the first time I ate Manhattan Flaming Seafood Platter was during my studied in university. My boyfriend, Mr Isaac Tan brought me to Manhattan Fish Market and we ordered the same seafood platter. And today my husband, Mr Isaac Tan brought me to Manhattan Fish Market and we ordered the same seafood platter. It reminded me of our dating memories.

I enjoyed the flaming moment as shown below. I wonder can we make it at home. The flame is actually to burn the cheese topping on the giant shrimps. The fresh shrimps really juicy and eating with burning cheese as topping really made the shrimps mouth watering. The cheese will melt into your mouth together with the juicy shrimps. The fried fish is rather oily. But the fragrant rice really tempting. The serving of these seafood platters really more than enough for two person. Besides serving with fragrant rice, there are a lot of French fries.

Both of us love the fried fish and fragrance rice, except the fried oyster. For the next visit, I think we will go there with three persons if we want to order a sharing platter.
