The fried kway teow consisted of huge prawns, mantis prawn, sea hum and fried with duck egg. As the flat noodles is not soak together and not wet, you can taste the softness of the noodles. The prawns served are truly gigantic to say the least. The fried duck egg really increase the aroma of the keow teow. It brought a different flavour to the whole dish. Yes, you can imagine how good it tasted.
