Bak Kut TehBak Kut Teh which translate into herbal pork soup in english is famous among the chinese and be it vegetarian or not and that's why the vegetarian version is blooming. I usually have the oily rice for bak kut teh but here they serves brown rice which is a healthy alternative. The soup is exactly the same taste with the meat version but the assorted ingredient in the pot is obviously vegetarian. Most of the ingredient here are made of bean curd and vegetable.
