Homemade mee tarik is definitely one of a kind for this restaurant. They will do the mee tarik once you ordered (freshly cook! not instant noodles). It was my another lucky day when my friend offer me to pay for the food (everyone likes free food).When we first came in, we saw the chef was doing the mee tarik and it was amazing how fast he was able to do it. When we first came in, we saw the chef was doing the mee tarik and it was amazing how fast he was able to do it. We look at the menu and we were confused what to order because everything looks so delicious! (we were looking at most pictures). We were looking around other tables for ideas and we saw most of them are having the toothpick lamb.
So we decided to order the toothpick lamb (RM24), wet mee with scallion and beef (RM9.80) and Lamen soup with sliced beef (RM7). Kindly take note that the portion is actually big! we thought it was just like any other restaurant but this one is definitely for a whole day meal
We tried the toothpick lamb first and the taste was good! not too spicy not too sweet and sour. The flavours was just great! The lamb is thin and soft. Its not chewy, that is what i like about it. We finished it in a few seconds and proceed with our main dish. My wet mee with scallion and beef was good! but it is better with extra pepper.The Lamen soup is also as good as mine but my friend ordered extra spicy. As for him, he still added pepper because he said the taste is too plain (crazy people with spicy food ). Oh not to forget, the food is not too oily (which is healthy). So we stayed for a couple hours talking because we had a very full stomach (we can't barely walk, lol). For those who are looking for not too expensive food but with big portion, this is the place. Definitely worth it.
Overall: Good food, reasonable price, clean, big portion
