Hipster is the first word that comes in my mind when I think of Analog cafe. Constantly always rotating the type of beans that they use but it seems like Oriole Coffee seems be one of their regular roasters from time to time. Long table next to the cashier is the workplace they use for making all brewed coffee. Had a really delicious cup of Rwanda Kamiro Lot brewed via v60 and it was filled with complexity. Earl grey flavours emerged towards the end and lots of stone fruit juicy flavours was also noticeable. Their cakes and pastries are also homebaked. I went for a simple toasted banana cake with a knob of butter on the side. It was a truly satisfying tea session I had.
