The buttermilk pancake here is certainly not to be missed!The pan fried treat is served in layers and topped off with juicy fruits such strawberries, blueberries and sliced bananas, alongside with walnuts. The chef inetgrated maple syrup in making this dish, whole and complete. I liked how it adds a fragrant touch and lends moisture.It was absolutely delicious!A good dose of coffee is the often the perfect catalyst to start off a great day and I am happy to know that Analog cafe pulled that off

The pan fried treat is served in layers and topped off with juicy fruits such strawberries, blueberries and sliced bananas, alongside with walnuts. The chef inetgrated maple syrup in making this dish, whole and complete. I liked how it adds a fragrant touch and lends moisture.

It was absolutely delicious!

A good dose of coffee is the often the perfect catalyst to start off a great day and I am happy to know that Analog cafe pulled that off well!

Had the First Crack; sunny side up egg on top of a toasted brioche and flat white with the Milk Killer Blend of Brazil Santa Lucia and Colombia El-Pital. Coffee was satisfying with notes of nutty almonds and creamy . The OG was their homemade sourdough waffles served with butter and syrup. It’s quite an acquired taste when it comes to sourdough!

Imagine perfectly scrambled eggs with rockets sitting atop of a slice of toasted buttery brioche. That was satisfying, without being too filling or light.The portion was just nice and the scrambled eggs were perfectly seasoned. Breakfast won't be complete without my coffee fix and I had the opportunity to have a cup of flat white to end my meal. The foam from the flat white was velvety and smooth and it had a nutty finishing to the taste. This meal had definitely left me in a food coma.

quick respite from the scorching heat, had the Raven blend cold brew with milk, and their First Crack. First Crack was a toasted brioche served with scrambled eggs or sunny side up & also we had a cappuccino to go with it! Was such a yummy treat thou it was simple. Sometimes the best things are always done in the simplest manner. Cappuccino was made using Awesome Blend of Brazil and Colombia at the moment.

Hipster is the first word that comes in my mind when I think of Analog cafe. Constantly always rotating the type of beans that they use but it seems like Oriole Coffee seems be one of their regular roasters from time to time. Long table next to the cashier is the workplace they use for making all brewed coffee. Had a really delicious cup of Rwanda Kamiro Lot brewed via v60 and it was filled with complexity. Long table next to the cashier is the workplace they use for making all brewed coffee. Had a really delicious cup of Rwanda Kamiro Lot brewed via v60 and it was filled with complexity. Earl grey flavours emerged towards the end and lots of stone fruit juicy flavours was also noticeable. Their cakes and pastries are also homebaked. I went for a simple toasted banana cake with a knob of butter on the side. It was a truly satisfying tea session I had.
