It was just around happy hour and just before dinner time. I was looking for something extra light to hold me through all the way through dinner. I had a drink at Brotzeit and was happy to find a delicious meal I’d like to introduce the Lachstatar (Salmon Tartar). This is usually an appetizer but since I had it for myself, it really was just right for a small meal. At around 5pm, the restaurant had a few tables occupied and was quite cool with the air conditioning even though the bar was not located inside the mall. It’s hardwood tables and benches were played a good part in keeping to the German heritage of jovial parties in a bar. The staff was quite helpful and were very nice if you ask for suggestions if you’re here for the first time.
