Claypot Cordyceps Yu Piu Chicken. Kampung chicken was used for this dish, thus the tough meat texture and it does not have a lot of meaty parts. There were strands of cordyceps being used in this cooking together with yu piu. The yu pie was soft and absorbed the sauce nicely. I like the cordyceps strands too. The gravy has the right saltiness but I just do not like the taste.
