The two flavour chicken is essentially a whole roast chicken with chunks of deep fried boneless chicken with salted egg yolks adorning the sides. The roast chicken so tender and juicy, though not mind-blowing. The quality is as expected from an upper class Chinese restaurant. The roast chicken so tender and juicy, though not mind-blowing. The quality is as expected from an upper class Chinese restaurant. The deep fried boneless chicken with salted egg yolks was definitely the highlight. The piece of chicken, presumably from the thigh, was deep fried to golden perfection together with the salted egg yolks. It tasted both salty and sweet at the same time. The boneless bit definitely helps. Each mouthful was very nice. Definitely recommended.
