Crispy Mango. I have always heard of deep fried banana fritters and this was the first time I heard of crispy mango fritters. The coating was unique as it was made of "strips" that wrapped the mango nicely. Then, it was being deep fried. A few pieces were served alongside with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, as well as chocolate syrup. The fritters were salty but the mango and ice cream was sweet.
