Hummus with lamb. I have tried hummus before but I never like it so far. This time around, my friend recommended Mozer's version of the hummus. It came like a normal hummus but the middle parts consisted of tiny lamb cubes and oil. I took a scoop of the hummus together with the lamb cubes, surprisingly I like the taste of it. It was not too bland. Maybe the lamb cubes did wonders for this.
