I have always noted the freshness of ingredients used when it comes to sushi king chains. Most of the outlets are pretty consistent when it comes to serving fresh ingredients. I also love the fusion of cheese on maki sushi but this can be a turn off to those who do not like cheese. Fact is there are only a handful of them.
My sis without fail would grab her favourite starter everytime we walk into sushi king. Myself is not too keen with the texture.
