The black stew chicken is quite a nice savory dish. Sometimes eating too much chilli and spicy food is not encouraged. The black stew chicken is cooked slowly with dark soy sauce. I quite like the flavor of this dish, the flavorful dark soy sauce is actually not salty, but the nice aromatic flavors of the soy bean can be tasted from this sauce. The chicken were also tender.
