I quite like this snack. I have ordered this from the japanese restaurant before, and i am glad they serve this in the buffet. The salmon fish skin was deep fried to crispiness. The best part of it all is that the deep fried salmon skin was not oily at all. The skin was really crunchy and the batter was light. The salmon fish skin has minimal seasoning. The taste itself was good enough without additional sauce or dips.
