For any fish lover, the thai style steamed fish should not be missed. I am impressed that the steamed fish on the buffet line and taste as good as the one from the restaurant. Before i try it, i did prepare myself not to have high hopes because steamed fish left on the buffet line, means it will overcooked. Maybe i was lucky, the time i got the fish, it was still relatively the right texture and taste. Love the lime and chilli padi sauce. As good as the one from Thai restaurants.
