Tuna sashimi was part of the sashimi selection. How can this popular fish not in the buffet line? People will sure be complaining. For me, the red tuna was not too satisfying. I would prefer the tuna to be thicker cut in order to fully enjoy the taste of the tuna. I do like that the tuna sashimi was a non fatty fish. The lean fish was less fatty and the taste was acceptable.
