Well, how often do you come across roast chicken made into sushi? This is definitely my first time. The sushi counter even have a sign promoting this roast chicken sushi. Without hesitation, i took a piece. The roast chicken was quite nice actually. The roast chicken was flavorful and succulent. Luckily the chicken was not tough or dry. It is nice to try out new combination of food during buffet.
