Well, if you like eating fidh roes, you can try different version of sushi using the fish roes as main ingredient. These two types of sushi were using fish roes of different color which are red, yellow and black. I seriously have no knowledge about the color of fish roes representing what type of fish. But for sure, they were all nice to eat when all these tiny fish roes start popping in the mouth. Love the thin egg skin that wraps around the sushi.
