For my dear vegetarian friend, she found a suitable dish from the impressive menu. The chef was kind enough to turn this dish from the appetizer into a main dish. There were five portobello mushrooms for the main dish. The portobello mushrooms were nicely seated on the tomato sauce. The tomato sauce has basil and carrots in it. The portobello mushrooms were soft, and there's a layer of baked cheese on top of it. Some shredded red cabbage and the wild rockets were with the dish.
