My all time favorite noodle is the green tea flavored cold noodle. It is uncommon for Malaysian to eat cold noodle, we always have it hot. However, only in Japanese Restaurant that this dish will be ordered. I love the springy, thin noodle. It has a moderate taste of the green tea. The noodle is cold and not seasoned. For flavors, i will dip the noodle in a separate serving of the sauce. The sauce is not a thick sauce, similar to a soy sauce, but taste slightly sweet. Also love the shredded seaw
