The fried lala or clam was quite a decent portion although we only ordered small one. It turned out to be some of the clams were without the meat, only the shells. Taste wise, I think it was a bit salty. I guess the chef uses Taiwan’s Sha Cha sauce as the base of this dish. I actually enjoyed eating the French beans more than the clams. The clams for that day was too small, not meaty and perhaps not that fresh.
