This is one of my favourite Malay dishes, other than traditional Nasi Lemak and ayam masak merah. The version here was rather special which comes in a claypot. Extra brownie points from me as I love my food piping hot. The noodles were well blanched, with other ingredients such as beansprouts, beancurd cubes, hard boiled egg as the main ingredients.
