Otak-Otak Place (Closed)

这一款乌达包是一笼3粒，RM5.50。除了炸的包子之外还可以有蒸包子的选择。这炸的包子炸得比想象种来得更脆。而且是新鲜炸的，非常的烫嘴。里面的乌达的份量并不会很多。油炸的包子有炸过的面包皮味道蛮重的，把乌达的味道盖著了。

这里有两种口味的乌达选择，一种是鱼的，另一种是虾口味的，这一款鱼肉的乌达吃起来的味道很够，咸咸的，带一点微微的辣味。虽然是鱼肉的，可是吃起来一点也不会有腥味，腌制得非常好，每一条RM0.80。

虾味的乌达吃起来也是很棒。比起鱼肉的乌达，虾肉的乌达明显的比较多肉，可是吃起来的味道却没有非常大的分别，因为腌制的乌达味已经把虾味掩盖了。虾味乌达吃起来不软不硬的，味道到位，每一条RM1。

这是他们的椰浆饭，可是配搭的是咖喱鱼。很喜欢他们的椰浆饭的味道，椰浆味很够，可是也不会过份。配着新鲜的炸江鱼仔和炒花生，口感脆又香。而他们的咖喱鱼的咖喱味则有点太重的香料味了。一份包括饮料RM13.90。

这是他们套餐附送的饮料之一，另一种选择则是薏米凉水。这一款饮料的味道喝起来怪怪的，他们有几种口味的选择，而我选了这芒果口味的。饮料的味道不浓，只是淡淡的芒果香精味。我觉得点薏米凉水的话会比较好。

otak otak have another outlet in tropiacana city mall and here is easy to find parking and even weekend i can easy to get the parking for myself and moreover they have the ladies parking too. this restaurant have many people dine in too and i try the BBQ Chicken Vegetarian Pau. it is actually vegetarian and the meat itself is very pure and steamed bun is very soft and i like this healthy dish

虽然这地方叫做otak otak place，可是今天没有吃otak otak 的心情，反而点了nasi lemak with ayam rendang，饭就是一般的椰浆饭，比较能引起我注意的是那ayam rendang，别看它外表普普通通，吃下去又辣又香，配饭吃可是很合适的咧，而且鸡肉不会煮得太软，还保持着那咬劲。

This is one of my favourite Malay dishes, other than traditional Nasi Lemak and ayam masak merah. The version here was rather special which comes in a claypot. Extra brownie points from me as I love my food piping hot. The noodles were well blanched, with other ingredients such as beansprouts, beancurd cubes, hard boiled egg as the main ingredients. We can’t miss ordering this dish here, as we have heard few good comments of it. The portion was reasonable, with nice presentation. The coconut rice was fluffy and aromatic from the santan. Chicken rendang was easily one of the best that I have ever had, with the flavourful spices and succulent meat I can’t stop eating them. I enjoyed the rice with sambal and acar served beside it as well. I wouldn’t mind going back again for this dish with reasonable price.

The dish comes with fried rice, fried chicken wing, acar, sunny side up egg and keropok. With the nice presentation and a number of ingredients, the dish is already inviting enough.The fried rice was quite well executed, fluffy grains of well separated rice with adequate amount of wok hei not to mention well seasoned. Chicken wing was nice with the marinade, even better with the sour, crispy and appetizing acar. Overall this dish has the combination of food that I like, so it received a thumbs u

这里的fish and chips鱼排看起来好像炸得有点过火，因为颜色看起来比金黄还要再深色一点。不过炸得非常香脆可口，内里鱼肉饱满又嫩，但好像没什么鲜味。薯条依然肥厚饱满，毕竟薯条是这里的主角，当然不会差到哪里去啦。

除了这里主打的薯条，因为朋友很想吃鸡肉块的关系，刚好这里又有得卖，所以就叫了一份。这里的chicken nudget味道普通，但是还是会吃到鸡肉原有的味道。份量还好，也不会太干。但是如果肉块能再多一点就好了。

可能平时吃快餐的套餐里总是因为太饱而剩下不少薯条没吃。所以并不会特别到这种薯条专卖点光顾。难得看见朋友尝试我就凑凑热闹了。我选了这里畅销的crazy cheese。薯条个个肥而饱满，表层酥脆，内里软绵绵，还有很像很原始的马铃薯味。cheese的味道浓郁，不过可是要趁热吃因为底部很容易因为热气而变软。

这个otak-otak roll我觉得很特别。一套有总共有六块。酥脆的外皮之下包裹着otak-otak。外皮的脆，otak-otak的也是一样地香。沾上特调的辣椒酱料，那刺激味蕾的酸辣感，加上otak-otak味道浓郁，配合外皮的酥脆，非常美味，值得一试。

既然这家餐厅取名为otak-otak place。看来必定要尝试的料理非otak-otak莫属了。这里的otak-otak味道不错，吃得出香料下了不少因为当你吃进嘴里虽然辣味欠奉但都能很明确地吃到香料浓郁的味道和鱼肉带出来的鲜美。可是未免太小一个了吧。
