For me comparing beef ribs and pork ribs is a bit bias as I've had the latter lots of times in the States and trust me beef ribs come short of pork ribs no matter how tender it is cooked. TGIF ribs are roasted and cooked till the meat falls off the bone with a slight pressure on the meat. Although it is very tender, I find it a little dry and some parts were chewy. I would like it if they are more generous with the BBQ glaze which does not really penetrate deep into the meat.
