This dish was the winner of the night, it has been some time since I had a really delicious roast duck. The skin was nicely roasted, resulting in a shiny and nicely browned colour. BY looking at it is already appetizing enough. The meat was very flavourful, tender and awesome, came dripping with the juices containing seasonings. While I thought the skin was not crispy enough, my dad commented that I did not choose the parts where the crispy skins were. He thought that the crispy skin and delish
