This dish was the winner of the night, it has been some time since I had a really delicious roast duck. The skin was nicely roasted, resulting in a shiny and nicely browned colour. BY looking at it is already appetizing enough. The meat was very flavourful, tender and awesome, came dripping with the juices containing seasonings. While I thought the skin was not crispy enough, my dad commented that I did not choose the parts where the crispy skins were. He thought that the crispy skin and delish

While I thought the skin was not crispy enough, my dad commented that I did not choose the parts where the crispy skins were. He thought that the crispy skin and delish flavour of duck was very satisfying. By far this is the most tender roast duck that I have ever tasted.
