If you like your cheese cake contains less cheese flavour, this product from Tong Kee might suit your tastebud well.Personally, I like both rich and light cheese cake. This version is indeed containing light but not dissappearing cheese taste. The texture of cake is special here, which is quite difficult to describe actually- moist but with a slightly marshmallowy texture. The brown layer on top although looks normal, but it is worth mentioning as when I bite it, it has a toasty finely sliced mozzarella cheese taste plus slightly hard texture. Overall is a cheese cake with a special twist, really
