Have been hearing lots of rave reviews about this restaurant and the best thing is they serve pork. I got myself a bowl of salted pork udon and shared a char siew pizza with my fren but more on that next time. The yellow stuff in the stuff resembled rice crispies, they are crunchy little bits and goes soggy if soaked in the broth too long. The broth was nothing spectacular and tasted normal to me. The salted pork was sliced thinly and had the right amount of fat in it to make it chewy but I couldn't taste the saltiness of it. This maybe due to being soaked in the broth for too long.
