If my memory serves me right, they only served this on weekends for breakfast. It might look small but it does pack a punch. Served in between two slices of freshly baked and lightly buttered ciabatta bread is a layer of freshly grind burger patty, a sunny side poached egg, a few slices of mushroom and to top it off a slice of bacon. The salty, savory taste of meat mingled with the lightly buttered bread which in turn soaks up the overflowing meat juices. I would love to have another go with thi
