The wan tan mee is a bit sticky when I first pick it up, until the entire noodles were lifted with just a pair of chopsticks! So I had to 'tear' it apart so I can start eating it. It was a little undercooked, as the noodles are a bit tough. It also has some lye water taste (kan sui) but the gravy covered it well so it is fine.

The cha siu was OK with a little crispy on the edge. It as a little too lean for my liking.

All in all a decent meal for breakfast.
