Pat Poh Ngap (Eight Treasure Duck).
The duck was really really soft, smooth, tender and juicy as it was being braised for a long hours. Inside the duck was filled with many types of ingredients like some meat, chestnuts, mushrooms and lotus seeds. The skin of the duck was crispy somehow, I wondered how they can made this, AWESOME!!! The sauce was tasty and gravy.
